Tesla Supercharging Integration

I was part of a large multidisciplinary team responsible for launching access to Tesla’s Supercharger network for Ford customers. My role focused on helping customers successfully use the network by clearly communicating compatibility requirements, adapter usage, and charger availability.

 

I led the UX to direct customers to compatible chargers and reduce confusion during early adoption. This work helped minimize friction and contributed to improved charging reliability and customer confidence as the network expanded.​
